# Bookings

> Appointments booked in the chat or on a booking page, with reminders, confirmations and reviews.

The assistant can offer free times, book them and look after the appointment until the review: reminders, a confirmation request, a waiting list for cancelled times, a deposit for people who missed visits, and an invitation to book the next visit.
