# Quality check

> Every Monday the AI reads last week's conversations and points out what to fix.

Every Monday the AI reads the past week's conversations and tells you how many went well, what customers asked about most, and which answers need fixing.

<Frame caption="Quality check: run it now (1), the week's score (2) and something to fix (3)">

## What it finds

| Finding | Example |
| - | - |
| Wrong answer | The reply contradicts the knowledge base |
| Made-up fact | The assistant said something the knowledge doesn't contain |
| Missed booking | Someone wanted to book and the assistant didn't offer times |
| Risky reply | Something the business wouldn't want said |
| Missed the point | The reply didn't answer what was asked |

Each finding links to the conversation and usually comes with a **proposed fix**: a question and an answer to add as an FAQ.

## Fix what it found

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the finding">
    Read the customer's message, the reply, and why it was flagged.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply the fix, or write the answer">
    If the proposed answer is right, click **Apply**. If the answer is empty, the knowledge doesn't contain the fact: ask the client and type it in. The check never invents facts.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Or dismiss it">
    If the reply was fine, dismiss the finding.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  The "What customers asked about most" list is a ready-made content plan. If 18 people asked about prices this week, a price list post will be saved and shared.
</Tip>

Click **Check the last 7 days** (1) any time to run it without waiting for Monday.
