# Beauty salon

> Hair, nails, beauty, massage and barbers. Fill the calendar and cut no-shows.

**Goal:** answer prices instantly, book appointments in the chat, and keep the calendar full.

## Set-up in order

    You get a welcome message, starter questions and a booking question flow.

    Every service with its length and price, who does it, and when to offer the next visit (haircut 6 weeks, colour 8, nails 3).

    Prices as FAQs, address and parking, cancellation and lateness policy, what the salon doesn't do.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Booking page">
    In the Instagram bio and Google Business Profile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirmations and reviews">
    Reminder 24 hours before asking to confirm; give the time back 4 hours before; reviews 3 hours after with the rating step.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Grow">
    Packages ("5 haircuts"), gift cards before holidays, bring a friend after good reviews, follow-ups for people who asked prices.
