# Online shop

> Product questions, orders, delivery and stock.

**Goal:** answer product, size and delivery questions, take orders in the chat, and bring people back when products return.

## Set-up in order

    Products and sizes, materials and care, delivery times and costs, returns and refunds as exact FAQs.

    Add products with photos, prices and stock. The assistant knows them and can take orders in the chat.

    "Comment WANT and we'll send you the link."
  </Step>

  <Step title="Moderation">
    Hide spam and link comments under product posts; flag unhappy customers.
  </Step>
