What’s looked at

Each signal weighs differently. Together they make a health score out of 100: Worth watching at 80 or below, At risk at 60 or below. Hover over the badge on a client’s card to see the reasons, or open the client: the Client health card lists them next to what the assistant earned.

Needs attention (2) shows only the clients that aren’t healthy, the most at risk first. Healthy clients show no badge.
When a client turns yellow, call them with their earnings page open. It’s the easiest renewal conversation you’ll have.
