How it works

1

The assistant asks for a rating from 1 to 5

At the time you choose after the visit, for example 3 hours.
2

4 or 5: the review link

Happy customers get the link to the business’s Google or other review page (1).
3

1 to 3: what went wrong

Unhappy customers are asked what went wrong, privately (2), and your team gets an alert to put it right.
With Ask how it went first off, everyone gets the review link straight away.

Set it up

On Reviews, paste the review link (for Google: Google Business Profile → Ask for reviews → copy the link), choose how many hours after the visit to ask, and switch it on.
After a 4 or 5, the assistant can also invite the customer to bring a friend. Happy customers are the best ones to ask.
Call back unhappy customers the same day. A quick, personal reply often turns a 2 into a returning customer.
