Click the lifebuoy button at the top right of any page. It opens this help center at the guide for the page you’re on: from Knowledge base you land on Knowledge base, from Billing on Billing. Business owners always land on Your client portal. The account menu has a Help center link to the start page.
English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish. It answers each person in the language they write in. The dashboard is available in the same four languages.
With Only answer from the knowledge base on, it answers business questions only from what you taught it, and sends the fallback message otherwise. The weekly Quality check flags anything that looks invented.
Yes. Before its first reply the assistant says it’s automated, and anyone can ask for a person at any time.
It depends on the model and the number of messages; Billing shows the exact cost per bot each month. A monthly budget per bot stops surprises.

Troubleshooting

  1. Is the bot Live? (Overview)
  2. Is an AI service connected and the test passing? (AI brain)
  3. Is the Instagram account connected? (Instagram)
  4. Is the person handed to the team? (a Human badge in Conversations)
  5. Has the monthly AI budget been reached? (you’d have an alert)
Search the knowledge base for the old price: it’s probably in a text entry as well as the FAQ. Fix or delete it, then use Correct on the wrong reply.
Instagram only allows messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. Outside that window the assistant can’t write; booking page customers who left an email get it by email instead.
Open Comment moderation → Hidden and click Show it.
Check the bot’s Client portal settings: parts that are switched off disappear from their menu. Also check their account sees the right bot in Users.
Open the bot’s History, find the version before the change and bring it back.
